The Leadership Parenting Coach
Uzondu is an expert in leadership development, with a focus on transforming parenting dynamics. She helps parents break generational patterns and nurture strong self-esteem and resilience in their children. Uzondu's mission is to create a ripple effect through empowered parenting, positively impacting children's wellbeing and success.
For this project we worked to outline Uzondu's brand guidelines, to set a president going forward for any design work created for her company as well as designing social media templates, a LinkedIn cover image, business card and worksheet template. This helped Uzondu achieve that professional look and keep consistency whilst making it easy for her to work with.
I worked with Uzondu to nail down her preferences when reviewing the design work on a video call. This was an important step for both of us as it's mutually important that Uzondu is happy with the finished article. During this stage, small but important preferences were developed, these were then added to the brand guidelines to show how to represent and design for her brand going forward. They were little things that made the branding represent her, making a big difference. Your brand should represent you!
Uzondu already had her logos and an idea of which colours she'd like, from here we worked to perfect her full colour palette and define her fonts, photography and illustrations as well as outlining how to use them creating rules for design when using the templates to ensure brand consistency.
Here you can see the social media templates and snippets from the brand guidelines showing the social media section, the 'dos' and 'don'ts' and the brand illustrations along with examples on how to use them.
Here you can see mockups of the completed designs that were created for Uzondu during this project. Uzondu's business card is uniquely designed to be die cut into the 'leaf' shape she has in her illustrations, this continues her brand consistency whilst creating a talking point for her when networking.

We can also see the LinkedIn cover image and worksheet template in action here. The worksheet is easily adaptable for when Uzondu wants to create different documents for various events.
All in all, we've honed in on Uzondu's brand personality to produce designs and a brand guidelines document that represent her and will help herself and others when producing marketing material on her behalf.
